Marge Campbell Response to Recall Petition

Marge Campbell, member of the Prowers Medical Center Board of Directors, is facing a recall election along with fellow board member, Candy Ruedeman.  The petition has been initiated by three employees of the Prowers Medical Center; Connie Hill, Joan Hanff and Barbara Kuenzel.  Signatures from 300 valid electors in the Prowers County Hospital District are needed for each of the two board members to face the recall election.  The petitioners have just under 60 days in which to collect the signatures to move the recall election forward.  There is no date set for the election at this time.  The following is Marge Campbell’s response to the petition declaration submitted through the Prowers County District Court:
