Earl Hooks- September 6, 1930 – June 8, 2011

A Graveside Memorial service for longtime Holly resident, Earl W. Hooks will be held at a later date.

Per Earl’s request cremation will take place and there will be no visitation.

Earl was born on September 6, 1930 at Carlton, Colorado to Rufe and Janie (Wallace) Hooks and passed away on June 8, 2011 at Holly Nursing Care Center at the age of 80.

He is preceded in death by his parents and seven brothers and sisters.

Earl is survived by his brother-in-law; Robert “Bob” Crittenden of Lamar, nieces; Earleen Grinager of Lamar, Linda (Dennis) Allen of Greeley, Brenda (Dave) Smith of Holly and Robbie Sue Young of Lamar.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.

Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
