Press Release-AVWPE Spring Concert

The Southeast Colorado Concert Association in conjunction with the Southeast Colorado Arts Council are proud to present the Arkansas Valley Wind & Percussion Ensemble musicians in their spring concert on April 26, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the LHS Auditorium. The concert band, conducted by Christi Ludwig, will present a diverse variety of spring repertoire. The Main Street Ringers, also conducted by Christi Ludwig, will perform four traditional pieces following the concert band. The Valley Jazz Orchestra, conducted by David Northrup, will perform a tribute to the Beatles to round out the evening performances. The concert is free to the public and made possible by the Southeast Colorado Concert Association, the Southeast Colorado Arts Council and by private funders.
